Donations

Perhaps the easiest way to support the ministry of Camp Kwasind is through a gift of money. Why store up your riches here on earth when they can be put to good use at Kwasind in our ministry for Christ. Donations are used to support the ongoing work at the camp including maintaining and building the infrastructure for the camp, providing leadership and manpower for the operations, promoting the camp and its important programs, and bringing the ministry of the camp to those who are not able to afford it.

Scholarships for Campers

Every year, there are some families who want to attend Camp Kwasind programs, but they cannot afford it. We try to assist as many families as possible each year by providing some subsidized spaces for children in order to impact their lives eternally.

We could reach more childrens and their families if we had funds in our camp scholarship fund. If this is important to you, please consider making a difference in one or more child’s life.

Do you have new or gently used items around your business, church or home? Would you consider donating such goods to Camp Kwasind?  Do you know of someone who has any of these items who might consider donating them to the camp.

Some guidelines:

1. Items need to be in good working order
2. It would be really nice to have the donations up at the camp.  For some items we will be able to arrange for someone to pick them up and take to camp. But anything that you can arrange to deliver yourself or deliver to a drop off point in the greater Toronto area would be appreciated.

Regeneration

At camp, things wear out. We need to continually replace various articles around the camp. Would you please consider helping us out in one or more of the following areas?

Mattress replacement :: $95 per mattress

Life jacket replacement :: $40 per life jacket

Canoe replacement :: $850 per canoe

Dish replacement :: $25 per place setting

Please help Kwasind to regenerate itself.
